Who we are
Acceltra Digital Inc., British Columbia. Our Privacy Officer is Ashaine Don, privacy@acceltradigital.com.
What we collect
What you type into the checkout: your name, business, email, mobile and website. Your intake answers about the business. A written transcript of your session with Ava and the cards she pins. The results of our tests: when we called and what happened, when we sent your website inquiry and when each reply arrived. Your payment confirmation from Stripe and the billing details you give there; we never see your card number. For measuring our ads: your IP address, browser, the ad you came from and ad click identifiers.
Why
To run your AI Audit and write your snapshot, report and plan; to send you those and, if you started a checkout and didn’t finish, one reminder; to call you about your audit; and to measure which ads bring people to the AI Audit. We don’t sell your information and we don’t use your answers for anything else.
Audio
Your voice is processed live so Ava can hear you. We don’t store the audio. We keep the transcript.
Calls
We don’t record the test call. We note when it rang, whether it was answered, and when any reply came back.
Where it is processed
Our providers process your information outside Canada, mainly in the United States: Retell AI (the conversation with Ava), Neon (the database), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic through Vercel (writing your snapshot and drafting parts of your report, with no data kept by the model provider), Google (checking your website speed and your public Google listing), GoHighLevel (email, texts and our test line), Stripe (payment), and Meta and Google (ad measurement; Meta receives your email and phone only as one-way hashes). Authorities in those countries may be able to access it.
Ad measurement
If your browser sends Global Privacy Control we don’t send ad events about you from our servers. You can also ask us to stop at any time.
How long
IP addresses and browser details are deleted after 35 days. Your answers, the test results, your report and your session transcripts are kept for twelve months, then deleted. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Email privacy@acceltradigital.com and we’ll answer within thirty days.
